CNC Router cutting
Our CNC machine is designed to cut through a huge range of materials with its various blade and saw options for cutting varying thicknesses and toughnesses. Its tangential knife blade attachment is ideal for Foamex and the cutting of complex shapes. The CNC Router can precisely slice through anything, whether that's; Dibond (ACM), Wood, Acrylic etc. thanks to this machine’s tremendous cutting power.The CNC Router uses its camera system to scan the materials, ensuring accurate cutting in the correct places for an excellent finish. This precise cutting ensures a smooth edge finish rather than a saw cut finish, for a professional & safe display. It would take a much longer time to replicate this technique of cutting with conventional tools and equipment. This opens up creative avenues, with non conventional cutting shapes being easily implemented into your designs, using the machinery.
Additionally, our laser machines only have the ability to cut wood and acrylics. It does this well, but is incompatible with tougher, thicker materials such as Foamex, Dibond (ACM) or Correx.
