This is a standard practice for professional acrylic suppliers. It takes the saw cut finish of supplied materials and ensures it has a polished, smooth finish that is expected from our customers. After the Diamond Edge Polisher has been used, the material is ready to continue on to its next process, whether that's automatic heat bending or glueing & assembly.
