Do you need assistance with the application of adhesive strips for small series? Then our mechanical bonding device is just the right thing for you. This is a device that is operated completely by hand. You need neither a power supply nor compressed air and therefore have maximum flexibility in the choice of location.
Thanks to the individually adjustable guide blocks, the device can be used to apply adhesive tapes with a width of up to 50 mm to materials with a width of up to 180 mm. The application position of the adhesive and the pressure on the material can be individually adjusted. A brake spring ensures exact application without the adhesive roll running after it. The gluing device has a Ø75 mm core holder for small glue rolls. The frame of the device consists of a stable aluminium square profile "Quattro" (30 x 30 mm) and offers a fixed stop as well as a variably adjustable stop. The mechanical gluing device can be mounted on a work table by means of a screw clamp (not included in delivery).
