Semi Automatic Heat Bending
This is the process of using heated wires to enable bending of acrylic shapes. This allows for acrylic sheets to be bent into complex shapes. We use this process to produce many acrylic products such as our single sided acrylic poster holders and our T shaped menu holders. This is a state-of-the-art machine that is designed to make the process of bending acrylic quick, simple and easy.It utilises 3 heated wires to heat acrylic sheets at specific areas which allows the acrylic to be bent. This saves our warehouse team time and makes it so much easier to work with acrylic. Using this machine we can produce up to 150 acrylic displays every hour.
