Product Description
The self-locking "Fix" picture hooks for the "Eco" picture rail offer a particularly secure and stable solution for hanging exhibits. The sturdy metal hook is infinitely adjustable - without the need for a locking screw. It is simply pushed onto the picture wire and fixes itself thanks to the special spring mechanism. The height is adjusted by pushing the hook upwards and the depth is adjusted by pressing the retaining plate down. No tedious screwing and no awkward height adjustments.
The flexible suspension makes it easy to adjust the position along the rail. Pictures, graphics or objects can be displayed exactly where they are shown to their best advantage. The hooks are suitable for perlon and wire cables; the use of steel wire ropes is recommended for heavy exhibits. Perlon cables with 1.5 mm Ø and 2.0 mm Ø as well as steel ropes from 1.2 mm Ø to 1.8 mm Ø are suitable. Do not cut the cables directly below the hook, as the hook can still settle slightly under load. The rope should protrude at least 10 cm below the hook.
With a maximum load capacity of up to 15 kg per hook, "Fix" is particularly suitable for heavy pictures, frames or decorative objects. The combination of stability, easy handling and flexible positioning makes the hooks ideal for salesrooms, offices, museums and exhibitions.
Note: The maximum load capacity refers to the use of two suspension ropes and two picture hooks per picture. The weight of the picture must not exceed this value to ensure secure mounting. Additional suspension ropes or hooks do not increase the load-bearing capacity. The lowest specified maximum weight always applies for each suspension. The full load-bearing capacity (15 kg) is only achieved when using suspension eyelets and loading in the hook groove. Avoid a leverage effect on the front part of the hook.
