What materials are suited the Foot Banner?
There are various materials that can be used with these steel wedge banner feet. Typically, we would recommend using materials that are at least 5mm thick. Some of the material opinions on offer here at VKF Renzel UK to suit wedge banner feet would include:- Foamex - A rigid material that is inexpensive, durable and ideal for long term use.
- Correx - A fluted PVC material that is an affordable way to make use of wedge foot banners.
- Honeycomb - For a more sustainable option, Honeycomb cardboard material has a much lower impact on the environment. (Compared to the plastic alternatives.)
- MDF - A sturdy, strong material that is extremely durable, perfect for long term use.
It is also recommended that heights don’t exceed 1800mm, as this height can cause the stand to become unstable and a potential risk. However, 1800mm high is still an excellent height for a freestanding display, rivalling that of any typical banner display. This will depend on the thickness of the material, with thinner materials being more prone to bend. Please speak to our sales team for any advice or suggestions on this if you are unsure.
